I am 32, single man.
Where in Japan is the best place to meet cute/pretty japanese girls?

I don’t think you can have you cake & eat it too. You can find fun girls in clubs in places like Shinjuku and Ropponji. Many will be Chinese or Korean. Can you tell the difference ?
Finding a girlfriend or wife won’t be so easy in a short period of time. If you want easy try Thailand
or China.

   Girls who are attracted to Foreigners tend to hang out in Foreigner areas like Roppongi in Tokyo.

   Don’t misunderstand about Japanese women though. They tend to want to control all the money and how the household is run and can be very stuborn. They are not docile like in old movies.
